How do I make custom poses for The Sims 2?

:faceslap: I really hope I am asking this in the right place. I checked the Sims 2 Q&A page for it. Basically I'm looking for a tutorial on how to create custom poses + the pose box (Preferably with Blender since that is the program I have). I've Googled it but can't find anything but tutorials for Sims 3. I want to make a movie and many of the poses I need I can't find so I'm just going to make them.
