Nude skins / No mosaic problem

For some reason when my young adult female bathes or showers, yea my no mosaic mod works, but she changes into an outfit instead of being naked. First it was a bunny outfit i downloaded from rosesims, which i located and removed just in case, but now that that was deleted, she changes into the long nightgown that is a default outfit with the game! I have no idea what to do, i tried deleting the no mosaic and installing a different version and she still does it XD

I have provided a screenshot with no nude or mosaid hacks installed in my attachments.
if anyone could please help, id appreciate it :3

You'll need to use a mod to edit the sim's naked outfit back to nakedness. The best option is twallan's Dresser, which you can download here (nraas.wikispaces.com) - turn off catalogue filtering via the settings first, so the naked 'outfit' shows up in CAS (read the manual if you need more detail :) ).

Like whiterider said you will need to use a mod to change it back to naked, the reason why sim is not naked any more i suspect is due to that, you have changed/removed a naked skin, game will then default to using something else.

Edit:
Though i think if you have testingcheats on, you can edit the "cloths" sim use when naked by shift+left mouse click and choose edit in CAS, whithout any mod, it will show that sim is using normal outfit but it's actually the naked outfit, and change to whatever you want sim to use.
A warning though DO NOT click on any of the other outfit buttons,(like sleep ware, swim ware) just change to what ever you want sim to use when naked and click on the apply button to exit CAS.

You would still have to have clothing category filters switched off, though, as otherwise all you'll be able t do is make the sim wear other clothes when naked, as opposed to nothing.

I suspected one needed to do that, the naked skins i have are default replacement and allowed for all categories, so even if i have the filter on, i can use them for any category.

i installed it but i cant seem to findout how to alter the settings and change the filters you are talking about. maybe its me, but i didnt find it ont the information page of the download. when i click my sim the catagories say all, and i have no way of changing that. but i do notice when i click remove, it only shows the naked outfit, which is that dang nightgown im trying to change back to nude.

To change the settings, click anything and go NRaas -> Dresser -> Settings. The instructions are found here (http://nraas.wikispaces.com/Dresser+Interactions) - the link is in the Documentation on the Dresser mod's download page.

I found an old thread from 2009 and it seems im not the only one whose had this happen to them. the solution: plan outfit for the sim and remove all custom clothing, save and return to gameplay testing how she looks showering with each outfit. when you see it is all properly nude, you can put the custom clothes again :D havent gotten a dress again, but everything that shed shower in was from rosesims :( i took it all out temporarily

I pretty much thought I downloaded and installed all the correct packages, my game works fine except for one thing. I can't find the 'nude outfits' CAS, and more importantly only one sim can 'get naked'. If I choose one, the option for the other is not there. Any suggestions on how to fix this.

The nude outfit isn't really availble in CAS, you have to wait until sim is "naked" when for example taking a shower, then choose to edit in CAS either by having testingcheats on or by a mod that lets you do that.
For the nude outfit to show in CAS i suggest you check out cmar's mods.
What i have understood one should be able to edit nude outfit with Nraas Dresser but i haven't got it to work for me, so i use the above method.
