I'm looking for a window to help solve this issue.

So basically a 45 degree triangle window up top there, 3 tiles long, with no frame.

Can anyone help me out? :)

You mean, big triangle windows to fit the grey walls on the far left side? There are some at TSR--hold on a sec

Okay, these are the ones I used once that fit those windows on the sides,by Hudy777-design: http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims3-objects-buildmode-windows/title/modern-line-windows-45-degree-roof/id/958967/

There's also a crapton of these: http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/Kriss/downloads/details/category/sims3-sets-objects-construction/title/asarina-build-set/id/1053286/

Cyclonesue also made some triangle windows, but you have to pay for them--just get the free ones by Hudy777.

Thank you!!! These are all wonderful! xx

I like Hudy777's, I do have a slight issue though. I can't seem to form the roof properly.

Currently I just have it set as a flat roof, and I can't use any of the tips and tricks or hiding that little side part outside of the room because it's literally slanted windows for the whole tiny wall...

Suggestions?

Can you post a picture of your lot/roof in question, so I can see where you're having trouble? :)

Of course! I'm sorry, I should have thought of that...
(sorry about all the trees)

I just need to figure out a way to get rid of that wall... I was hoping to be able to find a triangular window for 3 tiles with no frame so it just kind of ... made it transparent.

I'm quickly finding out it doesn't exist. lol

Have you considered invisible walls? I think I saw something like that in the Downloads section a few days ago.

No but they sound like my dream solution!! I'll search the downloads...

Thanks!

EDIT:
hmm... I can't seem to find them...

I would just Move Obects On the windows where I wanted them. ;) Eff a wall.

To the best of my knowledge, were those ever updated after one of EA's patches of doom changed wall/window meshes?

What about Fences--put fences up instead of walls? When you M.O.O the windows over the fences, would the sim still get the same bad moodlets?

regarding the link to hazuitokage's wall window and the cursed patches (thanks EA) : http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=377850&c=1&ht=0&page=4&pp=25#startcomments post 89 - a sort of fix attached there - I don't use it so i do not know for sure how or if it works.

I stumbled across this a moment ago:
http://www.sims3marktplatz.net/forum/index.php?page=DownloadDBData&dataID=1359

I don't actually have it downloaded (yet) but it looks like it might have some objects that could help you with this?
Worth a shot ^^;
