need help!

hi i can not seem to get custom content working in my game i only have the base game and pets. and i recently updated it to version 1.0.6 i tried the framework.zip and i unzipped in the place it was meant to go but none of the .packages worked it still had the intro and the sparkles on the wall please someone help me i have tried everything on this site but nothing is working thanks. :)

Make sure you have the framework going in the right place; I thought I did when I first started out, but I didn't have my Electronic Arts folder in My Documents, so nothing was installing correctly!
