Stop aging for only ONE sim?

I know that you can stop it universally but is there a mod or ANYTHING OUT THERE that can allow me to stop aging for only one Sim?

I think the one you want is StoryProgression, but it might be MasterController.

Nrass is for Sims 3. For Sims 2, I believe that you want the individual aging mod:
