I'm so sorry and I hope you don't get offended since you speak and are probably native to that language but I clicked on this because I thought it was in simlish :D sorry! But good luck creating clothing, I think there are also a few in the toolbar of this website in create > sims 3 > tutorials. There you will find lots of tutorials about creating various items, including clothes, in sims 3.
