WCIF Changeable light mod for sims 2 ?

Hi, Does anyone know where I can get the light mod which allows different colour options when a lamp is selected? I think it came with an intensity adjuster as well, I cannot be sure. But I basically would like have that mod as I'm not too pleased with the white lights, would be nice if I could have warmer lights instead. Thank you so much in advance!
