Lost disc

I have lost my h&m stuff pack disc, but I still have the box and the code. I don't currently have the stuff pack installed on my computer, but I would like to install it. Is there a place where I could (legally) redownload my games from EA, kind of like origin(you can only register games that were released after 2009 there) for the sims 3?
