MP3.files/own music in sims problem

Oh deer, it seems like i only pot my problems :S
My problem is that when i put my own music in sims it does not work. I downloaded the mp3.file of Euphoria and then i put it in thesims2/music/pop but it does not work?
I also tryed with another file and putted it in jazz, did not work :(

You're sure you placed it in My Documents folder, right?

And how did you now it doesn't work? Have you searched it in the Radio Station under Pop? Is your music really not there?
Tips: To see if your music appears on the list or not, try putting it on radio station with little music, such as Classical or Oldies for testing.

Playing it on the radio the songs never shows up, i have switched song 4 times. Yes i posted it in my documents/ts2 etc.

What do you see when you look at the station's playlist under Audio Options?
