Ok,
I have returned recently to see if Sims 3 has started to work on my computer. I run the game V-Sync turned on in the NVIDIA Control Panel. GPU Temps are good. And continuously when I scroll around the world while playing the game it lags and stutters which is very annoying and has put me off from playing in the past. I really loved the Sims 2 and I have never been able to experience the joy of playing Sims 3 because of these issues.
(Without the V-Sync I play at 200FPS which is the reason V-Sync is activated with all settings maxed out)
If anyone has been able to resolve this issue I have been having, I will very much appreciate it!
System Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium
Nvidia Geforce 560ti
4GB Ram DDR3
2500k @ 3.3ghz (Quad Core)
1TB HDD
