Concern about Patches

Well I'm confused about what patch my game has. I don't know how to tell what patch it has. My game version is 10.0.96.013001. So what patch does it have? Because I downloaded a world but can't use it because it requires an update. And I'm afraid if I patch it to the latest, the Autonomous Romantic Socials mod or other mods/custom content will stop working. Forgive me if this isn't the right place to ask.

Look under: Which region to download? too see howto check what your patch-level is.
Also depening on what patch-level you have launcher might show icons on the bottom left side, if you put mouse over them it will show also.
