Introduction
---------------------------

Hello everyone!

For the past few years, #create has been the origin for some of the best ideas. Whether it be offering feedback, suggesting new techniques, and even offering up challenge ideas, this group of people has always been insightful. Thanks to you guys, once again, we will he holding another foundation challenge! *crowd cheers*

Now, here is the gist of things; this group is offered exclusively to people who patronize #create. If someone else wants in, tough toenails! They will need to wait until next time. Additionally, in the spirit of the challenge, you will be expected to stay within the guidelines. It isn't as fun is someone exploits a loophole. Without further ado, here are the rules!

Rules and Regulations
---------------------------

No altering the foundation -- The contest is designed to stretch your abilities. If you alter the foundation, you may as well build your own house! Altering includes; replacing the foundation with wall segments, raising the height, adding on, or taking away from the footprint.

No building off of the foundation -- This is in the same boat as the above rule - if you build an overhang on your house, you are going off of the footprint. This would also be cheating by adding more to the house.

No Pay CC -- MTS is a free site, we aim to keep it that way! Store content is allowed.

Playability -- Part of the challenge is to make the lot pretty while still retaining functionality. Keep the lot playable, especially if you plan on uploading these!

Time Allotted -- Everyone has different schedules, so there isn't a time limit. Just try not to be unreasonable with finishing your lot. We don't wanna wait around forever to see what you came up with!

Lot Size -- The lot may not exceed the given size. If the foundation is on a 30x30, it must stay as a 30x30 lot.

Other Info
---------------------------

- What you do with the lot afterwards is up to you!
- No inviting people who don't join #create
- Try not to bend the rules. This really is more fun if everyone is in the same boat.
