So I was looking for some mods allowing incest and found Woohooer. However, I'm not sure how to read Patch Levels. I found some info in FAQ on nraas but I just want to make sure:
I have TS3 (base game), Bon Voyage and Ambitions installed, version 4.0.87.016001. Woohoer is for patch levels (base game) 1.29-1.34, and Ambitions patch is base-game Patch 1.12. Does it mean that this mod works only for the newest TS3 games? I didn't find any older version than the one shown in link below:

Please, help. I don't want to install it only to destroy the game.

It doesn't matter which EPs are installed, it matters how current your patch level is. You can patch high enough to use his mods without buying the new EPs. I know there is a way to find out what level you are at without the Launcher, but I can't find the method.
On a Windows system you can find out by opening the launcher. Look at the bottom where it shows icons for all of your installed EPs and for the base game. If the icons aren't there, you aren't patched high enough. If the icons are there, hover your mouse over the icon for the base game. This will tell you which patch level you are on.
If you have never patched, be aware that patching beyond 1.24 will switch you to the new CC format. This does break all the old CC in your game, but there is an easy tool to fix (most of) it; there are tutorials on fixing the rest, and it has probably been upgraded at the site where you got it if you don't want to fix it yourself. If you don't patch, you won't be able to use newer CC. (You will also avoid some of the new annoyances that EA put into the new patches, which is one of the reasons I am still at 1.24.) Also be aware that if you are going to patch up to the current level, there was an issue with the superpatcher after 1.29. You will need to incrementally patch after that.
This will tell you everything else you need to know about patching. http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_Patching If you decide not to patch, you are also deciding that you are happy without any more CC, and without having anything that was fixed or added with the patches. (Including later EPs and SPs that need them.)
