Sims have an ankle gap

I downloaded some sim models and some of them have a gap in their ankles. Like this:

My game is patched to 3.14. Does anyone knows what could this problem be?

It looks like a problem with either those shorts or those shoes. Are they CC?

It's the shoes. Bad cc. Uninstall them and your sims should go back to normal :)

The shoes are game content and the red shorts too. I also tryed with diffrent bottoms and shoes from the game, and the gap is still there..
