Nullifer from Spectrum-X *update!*

I'm currently trying to make a sim of Nullifier from the band Spectrum-X, based off of how he was dressed in their music video "Gnomes Bones" so what I'm looking for is a Victorian dress enabled for males, Preferably recolor able and/or a dress similair to one he's wearing if possible. I also need a multiple lip piercing, but all the ones I've found so far were either single or double, and a similar hairstyle to his also.

*Update!*
I managed to get the piercings like his, so I only need help finding a dress and hairstyle like his now.
