I made up a comic book character named Jace when I was in 7th grade who was a skater guy with shoulder length black hair with bleached bangs who always wore plaid flannel shirts of various colors, mostly green. He was born in England, but moved to America as a small child. He had snakebites (two lip rings, one on each side) which at the time were much more popular than they are now.
A year later, I went to the mall with my ex (we were still dating at the time) and hung out with some people I knew from school and some of my ex's friends. One of them was named Ben and was EXACTLY like Jace in almost every way, even the part about being from England! I haven't seen Ben since then, but he was a really cool guy. The only difference between him and Jace was his name, I think the snakebites though he might have had them, and his eyes looked more blue than green though I don't remember eye color well. It was very strange especially since Jace was a very unique character especially with the bleached bangs which wasn't "in style" at all where I live. Of course, I don't believe it was a supernatural crazy thing. I simply made Jace unique yet able to seem like a real person. It was a strange coincidence though!
