Hello,
A few days ago I decided to continue working on a world I had started making a while ago in Create A World. Everything was going well and I was able to create new lots in Edit-In-Game mode without any issues. Today when I tried to go into EIG mode, it crashed. The message said that a serious error occured and I should restart the program. So far I have tried restarting CAW, uninstalling and re-installing it, and using Large Address Aware for the program. So far nothing has worked.
If any help can be given to fix this, it would be much appreciated.

Try restarting your computer. That sounds the same as this: http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:A_Serious_Error_Has_Occurred .

Restarting my computer didn't fix the problem. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Did you try the other stuff listed in the link?

Yes, I tried the other things. I also tried LAA again and adjusting my virtual memory. It goes to the Showtime title screen, loads fully, and then has the serious error message. It doesn't exit out, though, it just goes to the world selection screen.

As CAW loads what's in the DCCache and maybe Mods folder (even though it doesn't really use the items), so if you added any new stuff to game, it might explain why it suddenly have stopped working.
I have similar issue though mine is that CAW won't start if i have anything in DCCache, moving the files out of there and it start without any issues.
So try move the files in DCCache somewhere else while working with CAW.

I moved the files from the DCCache folder first, and it got to the world loading screen and then crashed. I then took out what's in the Mods folder, and the loading world bar moved very fast, became full, and then crashed again. I really appreciate the help and hope something works soon.

Never mind, this problem has been solved. In case anyone else should have this problem, I just renamed my The Sims 3 folder(so the computer would create another one) and used the new one for CAW by moving the original to a different spot. EIG works perfectly now.
