Help? Sims 3 Custom Lots not showing up!

So I downloaded three custom residential lots for my game and they haven't showed up. I downloaded them as .sims3pack's, they installed via launcher but did not show up in my game. Odd, because I have .packages that work in my game that were.sims3packs because I extracted them using Delphy. I used Delphy on the lots but they didn't work.. :help:

Reinstall on a clean user folder to test if the DCCache + Library folders are corrupted.

No one replied because they know you're in the wrong location, and Sims-related threads get locked here. As the Announcement warned. Sims 3 Help has its own forum and the link is on every TS3 wiki article's header.

So, if the above FAQ does not help you resolve the issue, please post in Sims 3 Help forum, stating what you've tried and what didn't work.
