Nice start! Make the eyes smaller in scale, the nose needs to be wider including the nostrils. Make the nose tip/bulb bigger. It's hard to tell with the hair but it looks like the jaw may need to be wider and lower. Shorten the chin and make it more square. Hope to see an update!
