Bodyshop Crashing suddenly.

Hi there,

Today randomly my body shop just decided to not run. Being the helpful PC my computer is it didn't give me anything other than "Bodyshop has unexpectedly closed" as soon as I clicked on the icon - I use RocketDock, so I again tried using the shortcut in Sims 2->BS and then M&GS->BS, still the same message, still no Bodyshop. Try restarting, deleting caches etc. same thing. It was working less than a week ago, why has it suddenly now decided to break?


PS: Bodyshop and making sims is err kinda my life so yeah I'm screwed if I can't get it back! Thanks :)

Have you tried to temporarily move your downloads- and Savedsims-folder to your desktop? I have also experienced several Body Shop crashes and the cause has always been something in one of those folders. If you try that and find out BS doesn´t crash anymore, you´ll have to find the problematic files, which really isn´t that difficult - use the 50/50-method for example. If you still can´t fix the problem, hopefully someone else has an advice for you.
