Electronic ticket machine "under construction"

What's up with that? If I have a Sim purchase a community lot and even set the price and everything, the little sign doesn't go away.

If I sell the ticket machine and re-buy it, then it's okay (I break even). I'm just scratching my head over this. I had Malcolm Landgraab IV buy that gym.

I think it only shows when you're in buy/build mode. Is it stuck even in live mode for you?

Yep, even in Live mode. And it doesn't matter if it's unowned. Seems to function okay with the sign on it, but it's still annoying.

I only see that on previously owned lots. I thought it had something to do with that and just deleted and rebought the thing.

It's the 1-2-3 gym, which isn't owned by anyone when you first associate Bluewater Village. Same for Simoleon Arcade.

Have you tried turning on testing cheats and forcing an error on it?

Have you installed the OFB fixes from MATY? Or even those from Simwardrobe?
