Unpaid time off lasts forever.

In the signing career, I took a few days off to go on vacation (not knowing time in the normal sim world stops) when I came back, my unpaid time off has went on for a few in-game weeks, I have several steady gigs too so I'm very confused.

I have found that quitting the job and re-joining it fixes the issue, but seeing as how I'm Level 10 and would be shunted back to 5, that's not really a desirable option.

Is there any other way?
