That house has 2,5 floors. Do you know how to use cfe or constrainfloorelevation? If you do, there is a tutorial at the top about roof's on traditional cottages. I suspect it's a lot of work though.

You could just make it 2 floors and take the 2 floor front 2 or 3 tiles back from the roof above the door. It will give you less room above though.

Also, I dont understand exactly your tips Is there some similar tutorial (with images)?

Do I need CFE to make you say me? Really I am lost. Also It will be a problem do two roofs with different sizes e.g The porch is more longer than roof there is obove big window. In short, if I am not explained to me well.

Thanks

I can't find that tutorial now. I wonder if the method used does not work anymore. I found this tutorial: http://www.thesimsresource.com/tutorials/view/category/sims3/id/14263/how-to-make-an-attic

You have 2.5 floors. 1 floor on the first level with the porch, 8 clicks or half a regular wall with the upper part of the window, and then the roof is 1 regular floor high. As far as I can see. You can adjust the angle of roofs if you are fully patched.

If you go for the 2,5 floors option. You make 2'nd floor 8 clicks by digging down into the ground with a staircase. I made a new tutorial here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c4PGaOGxFDA go to 17:07 into the video.
Build a column 2 floors high, half way below default ground level. Build your main roof on top of that.

... or if you want full hight walls, you have to make the upper floor smaller so your angle on the roof will be the same as on the porch.

Anyway, I've seen the roof invade too much the house it is bit ugly. Can sims walk out there?

Off-topic: Wich are windows do you use in living room?

Thank you very much

You should post in the feedback forum. Lots of help there if you post some pictures.
