Where can i find these doors for the sims 2?

I'm looking for these doors. There all white and they have a golden knob or handle. Can someone tell me where i can get them?

second door is part of this set: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=146562
third door looks like one from the game, can't remember the name of it or which expansion it came with. there is a similar one in the set i linked to for the first door.
