Erm, am I doing something wrong?

I have a packages folder, located in my Shared file. Thing is, I don't have a mods folder. Should I just empty the packages folder I actually do have?

You're looking n the wrong Sims 3 folder. :) Have another read of Game Help:Installing Sims 3 Package Files. If you're still having trouble, you can post in the help forum (under the Help menu above) - this forum is for help with creating your own CC. :)
