Sims 3 twallan progression mod doesn't work on mac?

I've been using cc just fine i know how to do the package folders and blah but I've never downloaded a mod before so i have no clue what I'm doing and I'm not sure what my patch is? or how to update it, when i click on update from the launched it says I'm updated already! ahhh i just wanna see how awesome this mod is! my sims 3 version says 11.0.84.017017 (i got my sims 3 this year) please help!

Ahhh Thanks Ok I found my patch 1.36.45 but its still not working? i downloaded the mod i didnt get a pop up or anything.

"Still not working", how? No NRaas menu when you click on Sim/CityHall/Computer? Menu option is there, but nothing happened when you click it?

So the CC framework is in place? The other "test" mods included in the zip works? No Intro video when you start the game? No sparkles when you build walls...
