automatic wage adjuster

I'm not sure if I ever saw that object or dreamt it up. A hack that automatically adjusts wages for the employees in sim business, so that nobody is underpaid, without having to go through the need to speak to each of the employees. It can be really tricky if there are lots of them and they're busy.
