What is a pose player?

hey i was wondering if you can use a pose player on sims 3? and what is a pose player? thanks :)

You want to know whether you can use a pose player in Sims 3, but do not know what one is ?

I can see that being a little confusing.

A Pose Player is a means of choosing a specific pose for a sim, so you can take a picture of them in that stance.

Yeah sorry that was a little confusing what I said earlier wasn't it? haha. I read that whole post but found no link to download it to my computer i guess what im trying to say is how to i get one so i can use poses for my sims. thanks for the help! :)

First paragraph in the description: "In TS2, pose boxes made it easier to take pictures and make machinima by 'freezing' fidgety sims in a desired position. This object is a TS3 version, but it works a little differently. This object plays any installed pose (EA or custom) by name. So, instead of having individual boxes for each pose set, pose sets can be placed in packages and installed, then played by the Pose Player by typing in the pose name."
