Could someone help me please!

OK,I downloaded the nude patch to take the blur off my sims,It went but now all the other female sims in the game have no nipples,So i thought i should download a nude skin too see if that would work it did for my sim only so now all the female sims but mine have no nipples...Everthing i have downloaded has work but this could someone tell me what iam doing wrong and help. Thanks :!:

Is the nude skin you downloaded a "Default" or a "Non-Default"?
whats the difference between non-default and default skins?

yea I didnt have a default skin lol Thanks finally got it too go now
