Launcher successfully installed CC's but only downloaded sims won't show up?

So I've downloaded cc and launcher successfully installed all of it. The only thing is, when I go to CAS, and I go to premade sims and click custom, none of the sims I downloaded are there. I've checked all age groups, etc. I downloaded them correctly but this has never happened. I've been trying for over 5 hours to fix this issue. Their in the correct folders, etc. They are sims3pack files and they install fine. How can I fix this? PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!! :( :( :( :( :(

Some people take pictures of their sim with a ton of CC, and then (due to site requirements ) upload that sim with no CC at all. This can make the sim look radically different if you don't also have the required CC. (I suspect that there is also a possibility of missing a required EP or SP, but still having the patch level needed for the sims3pack to install.)

Do you have any custom sims showing at all?
