Custom content not working

Ok, so i have all the expansion and stuff packs an everything was working until the other day. I called EA and they told me unstall and reinstall. The game now works fine, however my custom content is not showing up. Oddly, the houses which are custom content are, but nothing else. I have a Mac, and i have tried following the steps for Mac users, however nothing seems to work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. i am currently running MacOSX 10.7.4. The game is showtime version 12.0.273.015001. Please help:!: :!: :!: :!: Thank you

Yes I have 3 or 4 times, still no luck.

Is this sims3pack files you're having problems with, or .package files?

The version that matters is the base game version (1.x). What is your base game version (http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_Patching_Find_Gameversion)?
