nointro.package not working

My nointro.package and nobuildingsparkles.package aren't working. I've double checked numerous times (including folder locations and folder names) have updated my game to the most recent patch and deleted all my caches. I would appreciate some help. :anime:

Ohmygosh. Durrrrrrr. I forgot Windows 7 automatically unzipped folders. I kept going back to the FrameworkSetup folder so I could extract it, but I just copied and pasted the Mods folder and it worked. Thank you so much! :rofl:
