How do I remove a skin?

Hi,
I have a skin (not clothes) that is crashing my game, where on earth do I remove it from? I can't click on it in Bodyshop and remove it, because as soon as I click on it, my game crashes.
It's not in downloads, and I've checked the other folders. It wasn't downloaded with a 'body' just the shaded skin!

Do you know where you downloaded the file from? If you still have the zip or rar file, open it or redownload it and see what the file name is inside. Then check your downloads and savedsims for that file name and delete it.

Another idea that I've read here before and helped me: arrange icons by modified date. The new stuff will be at one end and it tends to narrow things down at least when hunting something.
