Hey,
I play maybe 4 to 5 hours of sims a week... I have university but haven't sent any kids to college yet.
Within the next couple of weeks, I'd like to send like 3 teens to college.
How do I do it so that they ALL get the scholarships?
Do I have to have them call college seperately or could I put them all in the college bin after the first one calls?

I think they all have to apply for scholarships personally to get them. It doesn't take much time, and you can do it either on the phone or computer after they fulfill the requirements for the scholarships you want them to get.

Ok.... but they then could all go to the same dorm AFTER they all call college, right?
I just really want two of the teen sweethearts to go to college together.

They all have to apply individually for the scholarships, otherwise they won't get them. Each teen will qualify for different scholarships, depending on their skills and achievements. They need 8 or more skills in any one area to get a scholarship related to that skill - e.g., the Will Wright Genius Award for 8+ logic points.
Once they have their scholarships, you can either send them directly to Uni from their home lot and move them in singly, or you can send a group of students together via the Neighbourhood screen, in which case they will all move into the same lot and arrive together. If they move into an empty dorm they'll arrive in a taxi together (and the cinematic will play if you have that facility); if the dorm is already occupied they'll just appear standing near the mailbox and transition there.
If you want to send townie teens to Uni and want them to get scholarships, you'll need to teleport them into a lot and temporarily take control of them while they apply for them. They usually only get the one for orphans, but it's better than nothing and helps with extra cash to improve the dorm or house.

I just really want two of the teen sweethearts to go to college together. To put it simply: Go to the lot of the first student and apply for the scholarships - save and leave. DO NOT click on "Move to College". Do the same with the second student. Go to the Neighbourhood screen and click on the button to send teens to Uni. Choose your two students. Click the button. Go to the Uni neighbourhood screen and they will appear together in the Uni bin. You can then move them into whatever dorm or lot you like. They will be together.

Ok... Your message implies that when I call for my scholarship... my sim isn't instantly wisked away, right?
So I can have teenager A call for their scholarship, save, move to the neighborhood screen; go to family B, have teenager B call for their scholarship, etc....
Then AFTER I've had them all apply for college I can send them off together?
that correct?

Applying or reviewing scholarships will not make your sim move to college, only Move to College (or whatever it's called) will. The teenager can apply for the scholarships any time he/she fulfills the requirements and then keep working on other ones. I often have them apply for some scholarships early on because they or their parents have Wants for them.

Wow. Real glad I asked then... as yes it has appeared as a want for one of the kids( and I think their parent as well)... I just ignored it... but now I know I can fulfill that want as it comes up.
