Where do I find Top Hats?

:taekwondo This has been bugging me for the past few hours...I've seen top hats in pictures of various male sims but I can find the download for it...does anyone know where I can find a download for a black top hat? please help before I lose my mind looking for it LOL :) thank you!

There is a top hat for every hair color. Its towards the end of the hairs, but its there.

The top hats come with the game. Pick a Maxis default hair color. Scroll toward the end of the list. It should show up with the rest of the hats (the propeller hat, cowboy hat, top hat, etc. are all together).

Now, as for recolours, your guess is as good as mine.

oh yeah, i knew about those...I was hoping for one with different hair color s and styles...the non maxis originals. there are recolors on parsimonious and TSR i think

I need long black hair under a top hat. I'm trying to make a sim of Lord Chaz (lordchaz.com then go to about Lord Chaz. Pics there) any idea of where to find it?
