I can't find the way to create my own secret society

You can't unless it is a new university you can go to the lots and there are 3 for you. I think there is a cheat to be able to build on a current one while on it.

I haven't tried this out, but I read it somewhere, and it could work.
1. Open a College town.
2. Place an empty Residential lot.
3. Build there, as if you are building a Secret Society.
4. Before leaving, open the cheat box (Hold down Shift, Ctrl, C). Type in 'ChangeLotZoning secretsociety.'
5. Save, and exit the lot Now you have your SS. :)

Following on from what hson146 said, note that when you place your Secret Society it will immediately become invisible in neighbourhood view. You can even put other lots in the same space- it's that secret!

How do you get taken away anyway. My girl was a popularity sim with platium most the time, she had 16 best friends, loads of friends and 2 loves. She had 3 great parties, was part of a greek house, had highest influence level and was great in class. But she still wasn't taken away.

caz100, no you cannot have more than one. The way you get selected for Secret Society membership is to make friends with at least three SS members. Then a limo pulls up, and you get 'abducted' some time (sometimes several hours) later! The way you can recognize Secret Society members is that they wear blazers with Llamas on the pocket- but not always! Try going to community lots- students sometimes wear their SS outfits there even if they don't wear them in the dorms.
