I can't install the downloads

I've looked a long time around the site, but I can't find anything related to my problem...

here it is:

I've downloaded a anime character and unzipped it with winrar
placed the character in the downloads folder
but when I double click on it it say that it needs new software, I don't know what it is :confused:
And I can't find the character anywhere in the game...

please help a newbie :fallen:

If you unzipped it and you put the .package file in your downloads folder you do not need to double click ANYTHING. just boot your game, go to your creat a sim section and hit the little icon above where you name your sim that says pre made sims... it looks like a bunch of people in a line.

It doesn't work, I've tried everything....
when I rightclick on the .package file and select: Open with the bodyshop
Then I get a message: For this download you need expension software
I really don't know what to do :(

no I don't have a expension pack, do you know where I can get it?

Yes, you can buy it in a store.
The object you are trying to download does need the EP. That's why you get the error.
