Milkshape help

Hi, I just downloaded milkshape, and I do not understand it at all, how do you use it? how do you mesh? how do you open sim files??? please help

Can you help me? When I export a skin in Bodyshop, how do I open it up in Milkshape so I can edit a mesh? I think I am doing it all worng. DR. Pixel, type in Dr Pixel in google and watch the results (images)...
