I get System out of memory exception every time i try to load a lot i've built myself. Have tried all the suggestions that is here and nothing helps. Re-installed both original & Uni on another pc with no hacks at all, but still get this annoying message....Hope someone have a tip of what i can do :werd:

Forgot to mention what i have in my pc:AMD64 3500 CPU, 1024 Ram & graphic card has 512Mb memory, 200 Gb HD so it should be enough. This problem occurs only with 3 or 4 lots all built by me.

*only* with those lots.. all others are unaffected?
If so, did you use boolprop in those lots.. or did you use hacks and stuff that you've now deleted?

No boolprop or hacks at all.... and only affects those lots.. Have rebuilt the lots several times, but the same occurs every time :weep:

Are you by chance making extremely large houses with a ton of glass, like for instance, the houses made almost entirely of glass, because that will suck the hell out of your graphics card. Things like that (that require a lot of shine, reflections, etc) will make it difficult to sim.:POther than that, it sounds like your pc is well qualified to handle it. Do you clean your pc out REGULARLY?

Well, it is a rather big house but i have other even bigger that i dont have any problems with. This one doesnt have much glass, just some ordinary windows. For example i have one of MikeInside's big houses that i dont have any probs with and that one has got tons of glass... :werd:
