I download a lot, but it is not in the bin...any time

I have a problem. I don't know why if I download any lot, it won't be in lot bin. I use the Clean Installer, all the time, and with it always is everything is OK. The install is sucesfully the end. But I don't have this lot in my game. Some other is in my bin. What's wrong with it ?
Other people can download this houses, so the file is OK, I think. I delete so many times, and download, install again, but the result is the same. :weep: :cry:

I have University too.

That happened to me before but I just reinstalled them and they worked. Srry I cant help you

Try checking to see that they weren't extracted into separate folders in Downloads. If they were, that's your problem.

I have this problem with some of the houses I built myself!

They were built, saved and packaged. But when I try to reinstall them in my game they don't show up in the lots and houses bin.
I have University. I used clean installer, and it installs all the associated files to the downloads folder, but the house itself never shows up.

Anyone know what the problem is?

Try checking to see that they weren't extracted into separate folders in Downloads. If they were, that's your problem.

I install all lot with clean installer, and it put the lots to the "teleport". I think so is Ok, because it do always the same way, for all houses....and other lot is in my bin.

.......... AND finally I just now solved the problem !!!! :beer:

I don't use the clean installer, I use the right bottom of mouse and choice the install with packageinstaller....and it work !!!! Now I have this lot in my bin ! :lovestruc :yippee: :jig:

But the clean installer why does not put it there ? I check the hous, there no hack, no any special part of it.....

Now I try the same way for the other lot, that before I try to install, but they don't go to the bin.

This is what I did to work around the problem
- find the lot number (I did this by checking date modified)
- copy and paste into the Lot Catalog folder
- rename the Lot file to the next consecutive file in the catalogue (for example cx_000000013.package)
- Now when you start up your game you should find your house in the housebin.
