Unjustful Expulsion! How Abominable!

My sim, who is/was an a+ student at her first semester in her freshman year, went to her final exam. I then got a message that said "It's time [sim] got back to the real world!" When my sim returned from the final exam she was sent home by taxi. I didn't do anything to initiate this. My sim wasn't failing her classes and didn't do anything that merited getting kicked out. Luckily this was a sim I didn't really care about and was planning to kill off anyway, but I don't want this to happen to other sims. What's going on?

I just had the same thing happen. I've been told there's a fix elsewhere, possibly on variousimmers or moreawesomethanyou , but I can't find it. If anyone knows wher eit is I'd appreciate it!

In the meantime though, I replayed from the last save, and on the third attempt I sent her to a community lot, so that she went to the exam from there, and all was well. I'm now waiting to see what happens to her, next exam time, and to the next student I play.

Doesn't seem to mention exactly what happened to me, but it fixes a lot of things that might be causing it. Thanks!
