Game freezes when i get into family! I can still click on things but family frozen!

Please help me i'm having probems finding out what i downloaded that was bad or went wrong please tell me if your having the same problem of the family loading then freezing but you can still click on things to access them but the family dosn't move at all. And when i move a family into a house it never gets to the point of entering the house the mouse just keeps spinning in the loading menu please help i have contests to do and i'm having these problems please help :)

Oh i've downloaded The inSIMinater thing and quads and tripletts hack and stuff like that

Download and run Clean Installer, on your downloads. Remove any unwanted hacks, also check under type and remove or disable any careers. Some careers have been known to cause the problems you describe. Good luck!

Its either like Teresa said, a carreer or it could be a custom CAS screen you've downloaded or even a user-created meshed object. Try removing ALL downloads and see if the problems continue.

Nightlife: If you have a hack dealing with "phone" or one dealing with notowniechildren or adults respawning chunk them until new ones can be made.

well i have no carrers and i don't know how to run the clean installer i have it but don't know how to run it
