This is an unpopulated version of a house I built while doing my own little "Legacy" experiment, way back in the day (before any expansion packs were released). I think it turned out rather well and boasts some really fun features!

Inside you'll find three bedrooms, including a Master Suite with it's own sitting room (perfect for the vanity that came with University!). There are four bathrooms, so no need to wait for that shower!

Other amenities include:

• Fully Landscaped

The house is fully furnished and sells for a little over 200k.

There is no custom content included and no expansion packs are needed, however due to member's comments I will say that *I* have all expansion packs and there seems to be some issue with games that have no expansion packs and this lot.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .sims2pack file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
