This is my first upload to MTS2. I hope I followed the guidelines.

This house was built on the 5x4 lot and costs just over 200,000 dollars. I tried to keep the custom content to a minimum. There are two custom pieces by myself: wall paint and a marble floor.

The house features a sloped, two-car garage, three floors, a tri-level deck, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, kitchen/dining room, living and family rooms. Each of the bedrooms have access to a balcony, with the master on the third floor having a private balcony.

The house comes fully furnished. Feel free to change anything you like about this house.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

It also lets you choose what included content to install.
