This is the second house in the Stoneboro Homes Series. This house is extremely large. There are unlimited possibilities as what to do with the space. It comes furnished with Maxis items in the Living Room and the Kitchen/Dining Room. I left the rest of the house unfurnished to give you maximum creativity.

The house has been tested and cleaned with the Clean Installer.
The price is just over 189,000. Most of the price comes from the fact that there are so many walls. These walls were needed to be able to form the roof correctly. This roof is the most complex roof that I have attempted.

This house is Seasons Ready. There is a pond in the backyard deep enough to fish in. There is a greenhouse in the backyard as well as ample space for gardening. You may have noticed that there is no pool in the backyard. No worries. The pool is located on the second floor above the garage. With there being a staircase near the door to the pool area, it is easy to throw a party and have access to the kitchen.

The custom content used in this lot pertains to Build Mode.
Numenor: Wall Windows and Un-Level Walls.
Ailias: Wall Window Frames and Edge Smoothers.
RGiles: Transparent Floor Tiles.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
