I made the Lake Dela lot to test an easy swimmable lake tutorial I wrote (here).
This lot is 2/3 built on the water with many terraces and diving boards to enjoy water and swimming pleasures

The house is built for up to 6 sims. It is furnished for 4, the ground part is furnished as something like a lawyer office, the part on water is for the living rooms.
The lower deck beetween the 2 parts is only decorative due to the building on water restrictions.

In game, Sims seems to be less clever than on the ground to find the right path, sometimes you will need to click to give them the right way.
The Lake Dela -UNF-.rar file is the larss unfurnished version.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
