Hi there!
This is another "fit" recolour for elder. It doesn't need a mesh because it was modified with SimPe. (made by Dgandy, here: http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/Dgandy/ )
Here I show you two recolours, the pink one...I got it from this pic

I think she's Jane Fonda....but I like this 80s style on gym clothes XD

And the second one, is a green adidas recolour...
So enjoy....as I said this is another recolour for "fit" granmas....gravity doesnt need to attack all of our sims... =S
