This is a medium sized lot for easy game play. All maxis items. Has a few items from each expansion pack listed for requirements (I think).

I created for my local neighborhood. Sims can visit this lot for relaxation, refreshment and rejuvination.

Lower Level Features
Food Bar
4 Massage tables
A Gift shop on the first floor.
Beauty Salon for those emergency makeovers.
Reading and Lounging area
Asian wishing well

The Upper level has
4 Saunas
Chess and painting
Bathrooms and Showers for cool down

The grounds has
a meditation garden
Hot spring and Jacuzzi's
Fishing Pond.

The intent was to design a lot that can be customizeable by downloaders.
Makes a nice filler community lot which features a few skilling items too.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
