Hey guys and girls! I have another starter home for all of you and this house i did NOT have to use the deprecation meathod for! I am actually REALLY happy with the wat this house turned out and you can even expand the house as your sims needs require it! So, let's begin!

Raised eat - in kitchen
HUGE living area
One bedroom
One bathroom
2 livable floors
Room to add on
Care - free garden (new feature )
LOTS of natural light
Fenced in yard (pet AND mailman friendly)

And a GREAT deal more!

Ok, before the story comes, keep in mind i ad to use a dummy level to get the kitchen the way it is, i recommend you learnb the constrain floor elevation cheat or only add on to the bottom level all the way around, i give you this as a fair warning, don't say i didn't!

Ok, so wanda LOVES being alone, all she ever wants to do is curl up with a good book and max out her skills so she can be the smartest sim in her area, but the nights to grow boring and she would like someone to move in. Ok, that pretty much wraps this one up, i had alot of fun building this house which looks terrible at first, and then suddenly lookd as stunning as it is now!
