Furnished: Yes. Maxis and one custom item.
Lot Type: Community Well, this is my first update in a long while. I hope you all enjoy. I was inspired to make this after making a house for one of my prospective sims. The house didn't turn out very well but it did remind me of one of those general stores from the western movies. So I decided to go all the way with that idea and I ended up with this. While I'm not a big fan of including other people's items in my lots, one custom item is included with this lot, Numenor's Maxis "Lost & Found" #13 , which I found fitting to the motif of the lot and it was hard not to want to include it. Please let me know what you think. I plan to make a series based on this lot and would love the feedback. My next lot will probably be a saloon :D. Other Lot Information: The lot includes a "workshop" (building to the left side) that includes stations to make toys, pottery, flower arrangements, and clothes (originally, there was a stove and fridge there but visiting sims loved to come and use it :p). As a general store, I tried to include a little of everything. Clothing racks, groceries, jewelry, magazines, and perfumes. There is also space for sim created items. If the first floor is not enough for you, the second floor is left open to put whatever your heart desires, like a restaurant, an expansion to the rest of the store, or even another workshop. Lot Size: 2x2 Lot Price: §67,573 Custom Content Included: - 18th Century Portrait by Numenor Additional Credits: Additional credits go to Numenor, not just for the painting in my lot, but for all the great items and apps he's contributed to MTS2. Keep up the great work! And Maxis/EA for making this game :D. 30 people have said thanks to darkmojo for this download.
